Posar un be immoble a la venda amb nosaltres, no costa diners. Només cal signar una Autorització de Venda d'un Be Immoble de VALORS CC, i aportar la següent documentació:
Farem la promoció del seu habitatge; reportatge fotogràfic, promoció a la web i portals immobiliaris i col·laboració amb altres immobiliàries.
Els nostres honoraris de mediació son del 5% i es fan efectius el dia de Notaria. Notaria demana els següents documents per una compra - venda:
Tramiten tots els documents de la compra - venda, en nom del venedor o comprador, per transferir la propietat. Organitzem i concertem data amb Notaria.
VALORS CC cobra 50 € (IGI inclòs) per sortida del despatx.
Listing a property to sell with VALOR SCC costs nothing. It requires a signed Authorisation to sell the property and the following documents:
