Fem una gestió integra dels lloguers de llarga durada i de temporada d'eski, i ens fem càrrec; dels dipòsits i de l'estat i condició dels habitatges, cobrem els lloguer mensuals, cobrem les despeses dels llogaters, gestionem les reparacions i millores a fer-hi. Els lloguers cobrats es re-integren als comptes bancaris andorrans dels propietaris. Gestionem els impostos dels no residents. VALORS CC descomptarà el 10% dels lloguers mensuals. Els propietaris signen un "Mandat de Gestió d'Arrendament d'un Habitatge" amb VALORS CC i li oferim els nostres serveis:

Arrendaments Residencials = 5 anys de contracte
Arrendaments d'Hivern = 4 - 5 mesos de contracte
Gestió de reparacions
Gestió de taxes comunals i impostos
Honoraris mensuals de gestió = 10%

NO GESTIONEM ALLOTJAMENTS TURÍSTICS

We manage all the importants of long term and winter season rentals; hold the deposit and look after the property, charge the monthly rent, manage the repairs. Owners get their monthly income in their andorran bank. We manage the non-residents taxes. VALORS CC charges 10% on the monthly rents. The owner of the property signs a mandate with VALORS CC and their rental services are:

Long Term Rentals or Residentaila = 4 - 5 years contract
Seasonal Rentals for Winter = 4 - 5 months contract
Repairs management (rental taxes)
Tax management
Monthly managing fee = 10%+IGI

WE DO NOT MANAGE HOLIDAY LETTINGS.
